Overview
Edna, the county seat of Jackson County, has a rich history as a railroad town and today is known as Flag City and the gateway to Lake Texana. It’s a hub for agriculture, energy, and community life. The Palacios Hub is proud to bring programs and events here that connect people, support families, and build community.
Edna Events
Hub Market Days
Just like in Palacios, Edna hosts quarterly Market Days where local vendors can set up free booths to sell their goods. Promoted through social media and live streams, the event helps small businesses grow while giving shoppers a fun local marketplace.
Find-A-Friend Friday
Find-A-Friend Friday gives Edna residents a chance to connect, play games, and build friendships. With cards, board games, and hundreds of conversation starters, the event helps break down barriers, reduce isolation, and bring neighbors together in a relaxed, welcoming space.
